This page explains your rights when you buy a Golden Birds print directly from the studio in the Netherlands, including cooling-off, returns, transport damage, refunds and complaints.

For direct online purchases in the Netherlands.

Direct online ordering is activated only for Golden Birds Standard variants whose checkout has been verified. These rights and return conditions apply to every available direct checkout, and the exact product price and delivery details are shown before payment.

14-day cooling-off period

For eligible Golden Birds consumer orders delivered in the Netherlands, the normal statutory cooling-off period applies: 14 calendar days after delivery. The predefined Golden Birds choices of artwork, material and format do not remove this right.

Online withdrawal

An eligible direct online purchase can be withdrawn without giving a reason. The online function asks only for the order reference and order email and provides a confirmation with date and time. You may also use the model form below or another unambiguous statement.

Returns, damage and refunds

After an ordinary withdrawal, the work must be returned within 14 days to Karrenbelt Collective, Hoenwaard 43, 6718 NC Ede, Netherlands. You arrange and pay the direct return-shipping cost yourself; the actual amount depends on the carrier and service you choose. For a damaged, incorrect or defective order, contact us before sending anything back. Transport damage should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with clear photos of the work and the outer and inner packaging. We coordinate any required return at our cost. The preferred 48-hour report supports the carrier-claim process and does not limit statutory rights. Karrenbelt Collective refunds the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days after an ordinary withdrawal, subject to the statutory conditions.

Questions or complaints

Questions or complaints about a direct studio order can be sent to studio@ignaciopoblet.com. The studio will use the order reference and contact details to investigate and respond. Karrenbelt Collective remains the legal seller and a complaint does not remove any statutory consumer right.

  1. Include the order reference and a short description of the issue.
  2. For transport damage, send photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the damaged print, preferably within 48 hours of receipt.
  3. Do not send damaged, incorrect or defective goods back before receiving return instructions from us.
  4. For an ordinary withdrawal, return the work to Karrenbelt Collective in Ede within the statutory return period and keep proof of shipment.
